An industrial site in Peterborough called in MPJ Coatings to give one of their office units a “spruce up” in a bid to get the building looking presentable again with a new paint coating respray.
The job required MPJ trained staff to carry out the works on-site 24/7. This meant that the team would be working during office hours when there were plenty of local workers’ cars parked close to the building.
The on-site paint spraying job was planned out carefully with the client to make sure the works would achieve exactly what they wanted.
This planning was also important to make sure to avoid any over-spray onto neighbouring buildings and vehicles.
MPJ fully trained technicians holding International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) cards were able to carry out the work efficiently and effectively; meaning that the quality of the on-site paint coating service was not compromised by having to work at heights.
The client was pleased with the paint respray refurbishment to the building and how the job was undertaken without any disruption to their office work.
Due to the high standard of work the MPJ team delivered, and the extra protection the paint coating has been recognised to give the building, the client has since requested that the remaining office units be revamped as well.
